Helo, a litle about my self, the nick is just the letters of my name, you can just cal me Bos.

I am most likely the player in the Outfit whith the lowest killrate, likvise i must have some thing too offer sice i have been invited too join.

I have never playd online before, i started on the C64, and have been playing diferent games on pc sice the begining of the 80`.

About PL2 i like the gamplay, too woork together like a group and improve my game from day too day. I dont like zerg play and Crowning. I have been playing whith different Outfitts and Squad leaders, but feelt that somthing was missing.

When i started to play whith Lightbrigade and Hysteria, i liked their way off playing and tryed to find Squads who playd in the same style, afther playing whith the Macs some time i got invited to join, so here i am.

I am from Norway, father of 3, married and a living example that you can enjoy gaming even if you are 45 years old.

Hope you undrestand my english since there are a while since i left scool.

That's great, welcome to the team. We've got quite a mix of ages here, so I think you should feel quite at home :)

Probably because here no one really cares about K/D. It's a teamwork that matters. I die a lot trying to blow up enemy suindies, and when I do, game does not even recognize them as a kill so my K/D is also low, but when I know that I stopped entire enemy squad with 2 C-4 and a rocket a feel really happy.

I can imagine that.

- Daddy, daddy. May I - he said with eyes full of hope and joy.
- Here son, it's time for you to become adult - father said giving his kid a metal box.

Son hesitated for a while, holding a shiny piece of metal in his small hands. Trilled and excited. Took a deep breath.
... click
... KABOOM.
The dark sky of a night on Indar suddenly lightened up as a pieces of a Magrider tank flew across horizon with two gunners even higher to the sky.

- Now son, you'r a real men. Live free ... as a NC.

Welcome Bos, you're in good company here as has been said. Unless you were extremely early into puberty, I highly doubt you could be the father to as many members here as you might think ;) .

On the K/D ratio: Don't think about that as a problem or judging factor for even a minute. As Ash said, if you go around hesitating to throw yourself into combat 'cause you want to keep your numbers polished, you are kind of hampering yourself and your team more than you're helping. There are MANY situations were it is even important to just full on suicide-charge at the enemy...just employed with some thought and brains. Maybe a sundy-suicide-blowup mission, maybe a vanguard charge through the enemy well ordered line of prowlers..forcing them to turn their focus and turrets towards you for long enought time that your squad mates can take a few out and thus passing that critical point where the enemy line breaks. The situaions are endless. So K/D-ratio; use as statistic for fun and situational purposes only ;)

Have lots of fun in the outfit Mr Lusekoft-wearing Telemark-skiier.
